Slowly and gently!
Please take enough time to brush your teeth! Make sure to not only thoroughly clean the occlusal surfaces in all four quadrants, but also the outside and inside of the teeth. Brush teeth gently and in circular movements.
All depends on the right toothbrush.
Opt for a soft toothbrush! Hard brush heads can damage tooth enamel and unnecessarily irritate the gums. Minimize the pressure while brushing!
Take care of your gums!
Give particular attention to recurrent gum bleeding and if necessary, please arrange a supplementary check-up appointment.
Remember using dental floss!
Use dental floss and interdental brushes, as bacteria often concentrate in the harder accessible interdental spaces.
Your teeth will thank you for taking good care of them.
